No complaints, overall great and amazing place.

Fairly clean hotel, welcoming staff, impressive and luxurious room. Nice building and rooms in the king size bed. Location so close to downtown, all the fantastic scenery. Also, ready to slide down the cliff. The venue of choice in Deadwood.

The rooms were all updated and big size by a desk. The staff were very-very nice and had a sense of humour.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious King Suite Sofa Bed. The underground parking was convenient for my car. Breakfast options were varied and tasty. The fitness center had all the necessary equipment. I appreciated the close proximity to downtown attractions 🤗

Spent one night in a Queen Suite and it was spacious with a comfy setup. The staff were friendly, like when they greeted us at breakfast, and that pool. Amazing for the kids!

Staff could improve communication regarding cleaning schedules, and a heads-up about fees would have been nice. The hotel had its charm but fell short in some key areas.
